Day to Day Program

Day 1: Transfer from the airport to the hotel

Upon arrival at Kigali international airport and passing through the immigration process, you will be welcomed by our safari driver who will, brief you shortly and transfer you to the booked hotel at Serena Hotel Kigali, (luxury) or Hotel des Mille Collines (Mid-range)

Or Quiet Haven Hotel (Standard) Meal: Dinner

Day 2: Transfer to Volcanoes National Park. Travel time +2hrs

Today you will be picked at your lodge after completing your morning breakfast and head for a Kigali city tour and visit the Kigali genocide memorial ground, and have lunch before being transferred to Musanze near Volcanoes National park  where you will your dinner and overnight stay at Five Volcano Boutique Hotel (Luxury), or Da Vinci Gorilla Lodge (Mid-range) or La Palme Hotel (Standard Hotel). Meals: FB

Day 3: Gorilla Trekking

Early morning cup of coffee, then prepare for the gorilla trekking briefing from the park headquarters and thereafter, you will be briefed before you enter the jungle with your packed lunch to search the shy mountain gorillas and enjoy their life style in their real home. After meeting the gorillas, you can sit around these great apes for a whole hour watching their social life as you take pictures. The Gorilla tracking Experience takes half or whole day depending on the movements of these primates. After you will return to your lodge for lunch. After lunch, spend the afternoon at leisure. You may head for a town walk around Musanze town. Overnight stay at Five Volcano Boutique Hotel (Luxury), or Da Vinci Gorilla Lodge (Mid-range) or La Palme Hotel (Standard Hotel). Meals: FB

Day 4: Transferred to airport.

After having your morning breakfast, you will head for Golden monkey tracking , which is almost same as gorilla trekking procedure but less hectic. Later return for lunch, before transfer to Kigali. You may have an added Kigali city tour before you will be transferred to the airport to catch up with your evening flight.
